Hello, and welcome to my blog! My name is Taylor and  I am currently a middle school teacher who is in the process of a major life change that I want to share with you guys. I love to show people how to become the best version of themselves by challenging them to look outside of the box. I have a degree in kinesiology and hope to use that window of fitness to reach all different types of people. I personally am seeking for the true balance of food and fitness, and it will be a journey I will be on for awhile. I love to workout, but I also love food! It’s all about balance though. I will share some tips and insight on food and fitness on the blog. I will also share some tips and thoughts on mental wellness, something that has plagued myself and my immediate family in the  past.
